How I got into this industry…When I met my wife, I was one of four in the finance team floating the largest quoted hedge fund in the world. Six months after the wedding and within eight months of the birth of our first child I decided to leave and start a wholesale marine business from a former pig barn in Radlett. She wasn’t best pleased.
